Thursday, November 30th, 2017 was a very sad day for America! It was a day of shock and disbelief!
It was the day that Jose Garcia Zarate, (previously using other aliases}, an illegal immigrant on trial for the senseless and horrific murder of Kate Steinle was found “not guilty” of this senseless, disgraceful crime and set free. Shocking!!
Kate Steinle, 32 years young was killed on July 1st, 2015.
She was at the San Francisco pier with her father enjoying a beautiful summer day. It was the day Mr. Zarate shot her in the lower back and killed her!!
Before the day of the murder, Mr. Zarate had been slated for deportation but could not be detained by local authorities under “sanctuary city” laws which greatly limited cooperation with Federal Immigration Officers.
Mr. Zarate had been previously deported 5 times but unfortunately each time he returned to the USA… and the “sanctuary cities.” The gun he used to kill Kate Steinle was a stolen firearm and he threw it into the ocean after his dirty deed.
In my opinion, it’s outrageous that with Jose Garcia Zarate’s past and the senseless crime he committed he was found “not guilty” or responsible!! A Disgrace!!
Nancy Pelosi and San Francisco “Sanctuary City”!
In 2015 Nancy Pelosi, the Democratic minority leader from San Francisco made a speech supporting and advocating “sanctuary cities”… She went on to say that she is not in favor of enforcing Federal Immigration Laws even after authorities said it may have directly led to the murder of young Kate Steinle walking with her dad on the SF wharf July 1st 2015.
Nancy Pelosi does not seem to rely on safety or details for the passage of bills. She’s well known for her excitement about ObamaCare and the thousands of pages she believed we should just sign the bill and read later!!
