Sunday evening, 3/25, CBS “60 minutes” aired their highly awaited Stormy Daniels media-circus!!
In my opinion, a private family matter which allegedly occurred 10 to 12 years ago (2006) should never have been smeared on “60 minutes” for salacious babble and ratings…nothing more!
Incredible what some people will do to make a buck.
The 2 people affected most in this situation were: our great First Lady Milania Trump and her young son Barron!! Milania has been facing a very difficult time with trashy rumors and media gossip!! I was very glad to hear she took Barron and they went to their Florida home, Mar-A-Laga, for Spring Break, Peace and Quiet, away from the nasty Anti-Trump allegations and babbling media chatter.
What was an alleged personal family story became Stormy Daniels infamous interview on 60 minutes….an embarrassment in which she kept changing her comments, her expressions and her mood as she saw fit.
First, she said she had sex with Donald Trump in 2006. Then she changed her mind 10 years later and said she never had sex with Donald Trump. In 2011 she said she was threatened by a man in Las Vegas…Then she said she wasn’t threatened by anyone.
What she didn’t change her mind about were the disclosure – non disclosure law suits to collect the $130,000. In 2016 she signed a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) to keep quiet about the alleged affair. In 2018, in several written statements she denied it ever happened Her stories seem to change as it suits her financial interests. Now she is proud to say that she’s getting more job offers and is involved in law suits to collect what she feels is hers!! And she feels no guilt!!
Call this fiasco what it is….a Media Circus promoted by an Anti-Trump network led by Anderson Cooper looking for ratings!! CBS got their highest ratings in 10 years.
In my opinion..It wasn’t worth it…CBS paid a high price….
Integrity is becoming extinct in our country and it’s a dangerous situation when gossip, media chatter, and rumors overtake integrity and truth!!
